These sessions help you understand how autism and ADHD can interact within the same person, and what this might mean for your own experiences, needs and strengths.
The aim isn't just a better understanding of AuDHD. It's a better understanding of you. Across the three weeks, we'll help you to:
Practical skills that often work differently for AuDHD brains, not to fix them, but to build strategies that fit how you actually think and work.
These sessions turn understanding into practical tools, without expecting you to just try harder. Across these weeks, we'll help you to:
As a pilot, the group helps steer which of these gets the most airtime.
Processing a diagnosis isn't only cognitive; it lives in the body too. These sessions give you tools to regulate in real time, not just talk about it.
Every session is co-facilitated, so there's always a second, dedicated set of hands on safeguarding and tech.

Yes. This programme is for adults with a formal AuDHD diagnosis, at any stage of their post-diagnosis journey. We'll check this as part of your screening call.
Sessions aren't recorded, to protect everyone's confidentiality in a small group. Let a facilitator know ahead of time if you'll miss one and we'll help you catch up before the next session.
This is a structured psychoeducation and skills programme, not group or individual therapy. It's designed to sit alongside any support you already have; plenty of participants are also in their own therapy at the same time.
This is a pilot programme; your feedback directly shapes the full programme that follows. Pilot participants are first to hear about future cohorts and ongoing support options.
What's shared by other participants stays in the group; everyone signs a confidentiality agreement before we start. Full detail is on the Group Agreement you'll receive during onboarding.
Step 1 of 2: share a few details and we'll take you straight to booking your welcome call.
Only used if you'd like a quick text reminder before your check-in.
Places are limited to 6. After applying, you'll book a short welcome call before your place is confirmed.
