Post-diagnostic support for autistic ADHD adults in the UK
AuDHD Health is a neurodivergent-led team of registered therapists and coaches. Our six-week online programme, The Landing Pad, helps autistic ADHD (AuDHD) adults understand their brain, regulate their nervous system and build a toolkit for real life.
For UK adults (18+) with a formal diagnosis of both autism and ADHD.

Late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults in the UK have no consistent route to meaningful support after diagnosis. For most people, it amounts to scattered information and signposting. We built AuDHD Health to change that.
To empower every late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adult with the understanding, tools and community to live well with their brain.
A world where neuro-affirming support after diagnosis is accessible, evidence-based and easy to navigate.
Meet our founder
Emma founded AuDHD Health after her own late diagnosis in adulthood. She found very little accessible support to help her make sense of it, so she created it.
“After my own late diagnosis of autism and ADHD, I was left with a label and almost no support to understand what it meant for my life. As a nurse, I knew there had to be a better pathway, so I founded AuDHD Health to bring together neurodivergent professionals and give late-diagnosed adults the guidance, tools, and community to process their diagnosis and live well.”
