Find out more and register

Here’s exactly what happens when you register, answers to common questions, and the form. Registering is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.

How it works

From registering your interest to your first session. There’s no payment until you’ve had your welcome call and decided to join.

  1. 1

    Register your interest

Fill in the short form below. No commitment, no payment.

  2. 2

    We confirm we’ve got it

You’ll get an email straight away, and we’ll be in touch within 2 working days to say hello.

  3. 3

    Hear first about dates

As soon as the next group’s dates are confirmed, you’ll be the first to know.

  4. 4

    Have a welcome call

A short, relaxed call to meet us, ask questions and check together that the group is a safe and comfortable fit. We’ll also confirm your diagnosis.

  5. 5

    Enrol and join

If you’d like to join, you pay to secure your place, sign the group agreement, and we’ll see you on Zoom.

Common questions

Can’t find your answer? You can ask us anything in the form below.

Registering

Does registering commit me to anything?

No. Registering is free and doesn’t commit you to joining or paying. It just means we’ll email you when dates are confirmed.

When does the next group start?

The next group is planned for January 2027. Register and you’ll be the first to hear when dates are confirmed.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to join?

Yes. The Landing Pad is for adults with a formal diagnosis of both autism and ADHD, at any stage after diagnosis. We’ll check this during your welcome call, and may ask for a copy of your diagnosis letter.

Taking part

How do I use Zoom?

Instructions on how to use Zoom will be sent after enrolment; including how to join from a link, and checking your sound and camera

Do I have to have my camera on, or speak?

Your camera is optional, but encouraged, as it helps the group feel connected. Sharing is always optional, so you can take part in whatever way feels comfortable.

What adjustments can you make for me?

Cameras are optional but encouraged, there are live captions on every call, summary notes are sent after each session, there’s a mid-session break, materials are sent in advance, and we can use breakout rooms with a co-facilitator. If there’s something else that would help, tell us on the form or at your welcome call.

What if I can’t make every session?

Sessions aren’t recorded, to protect everyone’s confidentiality. You can miss up to 3 of the 12 sessions. Let a facilitator know ahead of time, and we’ll email you summary notes and resources so you can catch up.

What if I find the group overwhelming partway through?

Each session is co-facilitated so if you need a break, you can go into a breakout room. The team are also available via email between sessions.

Who can see what I share in the group?

What other participants share stays in the group. Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement before we start, and you’ll receive the full Group Agreement during onboarding.

Support and cost

Is this therapy? What if I’m already seeing a therapist?

This is a structured psychoeducation and skills programme, not group or individual therapy. It’s designed to sit alongside any support you already have, and you’re welcome to join while seeing your own therapist.

Can I pay in instalments?

We’re currently working on offering payment in instalments through Klarna. We’ll confirm the options before you enrol.

What happens after the six weeks?

You leave with your personalised toolkit. If you’d like more support, you can book an optional follow-up session with a neurodivergent consultant, at an extra cost. You’ll also be the first to hear about ongoing support options.

Register your interest

No commitment and no payment. Each group is limited to six people, so everyone is known by name.

What happens next

  • A hello from us within 2 working days
  • First news of dates for the next group

For example: you’d prefer to start by email, or keep your camera off.
