1. Definitions
1.1“AuDHD Health”, “we”, “us” or “our” means AuDHD Health Ltd.
1.2“Member” means an individual who registers for and enrols in the Programme in their personal capacity.
1.3“Programme” means The Landing Pad, the 6-week structured group programme described on our website and confirmed at the point of enrolment, comprising intake, psychoeducation sessions, coaching, and other related materials.
1.4“Facilitator” means an independently practising, registered psychotherapist, coach or holistic worker engaged by AuDHD Health to deliver the sessions.
1.5“SOP-SAF-001” means AuDHD Health’s Clinical Safeguarding & Immediate Crisis Escalation Policy, as updated from time to time.
2. Nature of the Service
AuDHD Health’s Programme is a psychoeducational, coaching and nervous system support service for neurodivergent adults. It does not constitute, and should not be understood as, medical or clinical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
The Programme includes:
- a screening assessment before enrolment goes ahead, to ensure the participant isn’t in crisis;
- generalised psychoeducation grounded in peer-reviewed research on neurodivergence and related co-occurring conditions, delivered via a structured curriculum;
- psychoeducation sessions facilitated by an independently practising, registered psychotherapist. Facilitators may, at their professional discretion, invite participants to reflect on or share their own experiences in relation to the session’s content. Any such reflection remains part of a group psychoeducational format and does not constitute individual psychotherapy, treatment, or a clinical intervention delivered by or on behalf of AuDHD Health;
- coaching and nervous system regulation through meditation practices, intended as general wellbeing support rather than clinical intervention; and
- a personal toolkit.
An optional follow-up session with a neurodivergent consultant is available after the Programme at an additional cost. It is not included in the Programme fee.
Each Facilitator delivers sessions under their own professional registration and professional indemnity insurance, and remains independently responsible for the clinical conduct of those sessions in accordance with their professional and ethical obligations.
3. Registration, Cohort Structure & Delivery
3.1Registering interest, or completing an intake assessment, does not guarantee a place on the Programme or in a particular cohort. AuDHD Health will confirm availability and next steps directly with the Member.
3.2Cohorts are matched by AuDHD Health based on self-reported intake information, at AuDHD Health’s clinical and professional discretion. AuDHD Health does not guarantee a specific cohort composition.
3.3The Programme runs over 6 weeks. Session dates will be confirmed upon enrolment and may be adjusted by AuDHD Health where necessary for clinical, safeguarding, or operational reasons, with reasonable notice to the Member.
3.4The Programme is open to adults aged 18 or over who live in the UK and have a formal diagnosis of both autism and ADHD.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1Fees are as set out on our website or otherwise communicated to the Member at the point of enrolment, and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2The Programme fee is payable in full at enrolment, and in any event before the cohort starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4.3Where available, the Member may pay using a pay-later or instalment option offered at checkout, such as Klarna. In that case AuDHD Health receives the fee in full, and the repayment arrangement is between the Member and that provider, under the provider’s own terms. Any refund due under section 5 will be paid to the provider, which will adjust the Member’s balance with them.
4.4Where payment is not received by the due date, AuDHD Health reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the Member’s allocated cohort place without liability.
5. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
5.1How to cancel. To cancel, the Member must tell AuDHD Health in writing by emailing emma@audhdhealth.com. A simple statement that the Member wishes to cancel is enough. The date of cancellation is the date AuDHD Health receives that email.
5.2Cooling-off period. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, the Member may cancel for any reason within 14 days of the date their enrolment is confirmed (the “cooling-off period”). If no sessions have taken place, the Member will receive a full refund, with no admin fee.
5.3Enrolling less than 14 days before a cohort starts. If the Member enrols less than 14 days before their cohort’s start date, the cohort will begin during their cooling-off period. By completing enrolment, the Member expressly asks AuDHD Health to begin providing the Programme from the cohort start date, and acknowledges that they will lose the right to cancel once the Programme has been provided in full. If the Member cancels within the cooling-off period after the cohort has started, they will receive a refund less a proportionate amount for the Programme already provided, charged at one-sixth of the Programme fee for each week of the Programme that has begun (£83 per week for the £500 Programme).
5.4Cancelling after the cooling-off period. After the cooling-off period has ended:
- cancellations received more than 14 days before the cohort starts will be refunded in full, less an administration fee of £50;
- cancellations received within 14 days of the cohort starting, but before it starts, will be refunded at 50% of the Programme fee. Alternatively, the Member may choose to transfer, once and free of charge, to a later cohort, subject to availability.
5.5No refunds once the Programme has started. Each cohort is a small, closed group, and its safety and dynamic depend on members staying together for the full Programme. For this reason, once a cohort has started the Programme fee is non-refundable, including where the Member chooses to withdraw or does not attend sessions. The only exceptions are those set out in clauses 5.3, 5.6 and 5.7, and the Member’s statutory rights.
5.6If AuDHD Health cancels or changes sessions. If AuDHD Health cancels a session and cannot reschedule it within the Programme, or cannot deliver the Programme as described, the Member will be offered a replacement session or a refund for the part of the Programme not delivered, at the Member’s choice. Nothing in these terms affects the Member’s statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5.7Suitability and safeguarding. If, following the screening assessment, AuDHD Health decides the Programme is not a safe or suitable fit for the Member at this time, the Member will receive a full refund. If AuDHD Health needs to end a Member’s participation after the cohort has started for safeguarding reasons, the Member will receive a refund for each full week of the Programme remaining, at the weekly rate in clause 5.3.
5.8Refund timing. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation date, using the same payment method the Member used to pay, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1AuDHD Health retains all intellectual property rights in the Programme, including curriculum materials, assessment tools, toolkits, and any associated documentation (the “Materials”).
6.2AuDHD Health grants the Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for their own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Programme. The Member may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Materials without AuDHD Health’s prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
7.1AuDHD Health will keep confidential any personal information disclosed by the Member in connection with the Programme, save as required by law, as necessary for the safe delivery of the Programme, or as set out in this agreement or our Privacy Policy.
7.2AuDHD Health will not disclose a Member’s contributions, disclosures, or session content to any third party without the Member’s consent, except as set out in clause 9 (Safeguarding) or as required by law.
7.3Other Members of the same cohort will, by the nature of group delivery, be present for shared discussion. Members are asked to treat what is shared by fellow participants as confidential, though AuDHD Health cannot guarantee individual Members’ compliance with this.
8. Data Protection
8.1AuDHD Health shall comply with its obligations under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, in respect of the Member’s personal data.
8.2Details of what personal data is collected, how it is used, and the Member’s rights are set out in AuDHD Health’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
9. Safeguarding & Duty of Care
9.1AuDHD Health maintains a Clinical Safeguarding & Immediate Crisis Escalation Policy (SOP-SAF-001), applied by all Facilitators and clinical staff.
9.2The Member acknowledges that, where they are assessed as being at imminent risk to themselves or others, AuDHD Health has a legal and ethical duty of care that overrides standard confidentiality. In such circumstances, AuDHD Health may contact emergency services and/or the Member’s registered GP or nominated emergency contact without the Member’s consent, relying on the “vital interests” lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6 and Article 9.
9.3As part of enrolment, Members will be asked to provide a nominated emergency contact for use solely in the circumstances described in clause 9.2.
10. General
10.1This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Programme.
10.2This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, the Member may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which they are domiciled.
